quiapo underpass by xkeidax quiapo underpass by xkeidax
quiapo is probably one of the best places on earth.
especially for street shooting.
amidst the chaos: faces, shadows, souls converge into that moment of beauty.
hold your breath... a second later, its gone.

very lovely capture.

ang ganda ng mood na binibigay nung lighting-
dramatic at ethereal.

ang sarap mag-reminisce.
haha.

ang galing din at nasaktuhan mong may mga naka-"pose" na tao sa steps... parang nasa telenovela sila.

:-)

i know a lot of people there.
the only people who get their cams snatched are the careless ones and those who show off.

i love how it captured different kinds of people at the moment(especially the beggar sitting at the botton of the stairs) and the two sillouettes at the edges made it perfect. galing!

and ditto on everything you said. i agree.

basta use the biggest aperture kasi sobrang lowlight and use high ISO, plus keep your hands steady.
kalaban mo lang ay blurrrrr.... ^_^

basta just keep on shooting para masaya!

maramingmaramingmaramingmaraming salamat po!

blushes...

i dont think its the scariest place in manila.
its fun! heh heh heh.
kahit saan naman may snatcher eh.
you get snatched if youre not careful and if you dont keep yourself in check.
plus showing off your stuff like a tourist makes you an easy prey.

luckily i know the place very well. nothing bad ever.
dvds, anime, photo stuff, electronics, food, bargain galore, even herbal mumbo-jumbo.
its like a goddarn playground!

its just a matter of seeing.
maski ako pag dumaan walang dating.
but its visualizing what situation may happen given the right elements.

thankyou.

the spot is really chaotic.
i pass this area often and i always imagined this scene.
then it happened.
i was with a friend who had a holga with her too.
she shot the kids, i shot the moment.

it pays to act quickly. but its 60% luck.

thans again :)

thanks for the comment.
thats a different way of looking at it.
i kinda liked the photo because of the two shadows on the side and how they framed everything.
i guess with all the elements there, some may work for others, and some might not.

thanks so much!!! :)
